Deposit & Final Payments

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is paid.

The final balance is due 1 week before your pick up/delivery date (2 weeks for wedding cakes). Your invoice will contain all of these dates.

If the final payment is not made by the due date you may face your booking being cancelled.
Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations must be applied for in writing via email.

If you cancel your booking 2 weeks or more before your pick up/delivery date, you will only receive 50% of your deposit back.

If you cancel your booking less than 2 weeks before your pick up/delivery date, your deposit is non-refundable. This is to cover the cost of ingredients, materials and the loss of other potential bookings.
Changes

Any changes to your booking must be applied for in writing via email.

Date changes will be subject to the availability of future dates. If the date is changed within 2 weeks of your booking you may face a change fee.

Design changes are to be made no latter then 2 weeks before your booking date. Please be aware that design changes may increase the price of the original quote.
Product Care

Once your product has left the possession of Natacakes via pick up or delivery, all responsibility and care is no longer that of Natacakes.

Please ensure all cakes are stored in the fridge or a chilled area until a couple of hours before your event. Keep cakes out of direct sunlight and away from heat.
Allergies

Natacakes takes no responsibility for food related allergies.

Natacakes operates from a kitchen that may have traces of allergens including nuts, wheat, eggs, and dairy, therefore it is the client's responsibility to ensure any guests of these risks.

Please ensure you advise on your order if you do have any food allergies and we will advise you if it is something we can cater too.

By placing an order and paying your deposit, you are consenting to Natacakes terms and conditions listed above.
